Therapy for young adults, millennials and couples in West Los Angeles and beyond.
Most of us just want to feel felt but somewhere along the way we’ve lost connection. I work with young adults and millennials in reconnecting with themselves to gain mastery over loneliness, anxiety, depression, trauma and relationships.
We’ll work through an attachment-based, relational lens to process challenging life experiences. From here we’ll weave in actionable skills to decrease what is no longer working and increase what is.
Together we’ll uncover your strengths, untangle the messiness, and carve out a path that feels right for you. You're not alone in this, and you don't have to have it all figured out.
My approach to therapy is often laidback and welcoming of humor. My goal is to incorporate as much "realness" as possible so that our work feels meaningful and progress feels attainable.
Challenge is inevitable but doing it alone doesn’t have to be.

I support teens in finding their voice, honing in on their interests, exploring problem solving and developing confidence. It’s crucial that teens have the tools + confidence needed to move forward as resilient individuals. Therapy for adolescents can be instrumental in identifying and addressing unhelpful thought/behavior patterns proactively.

It's never too late to seek help for something that isn't working. I work cohesively with adults to process through adverse experiences and incorporate evidence-based skills that actually work. This is a highly personal process as each person presents a unique set of strengths and challenges. Together, we can find what works for you so that time spent in distress is decreased and life feels less heavy.

Relationships hold a magnifying glass up to our most vulnerable selves. Developing understanding of your attachment style and increasing ability to disagree in a healthy manner is a skillset many of us are not equipped with, causing our relationships to suffer. Couples' counseling works with partners to increase effective communication, resolving ongoing issues and maintain what is working.
I’m a relational therapist working alongside those who are ready to step into their power.
I’ve come to believe that the relationship we have with ourselves dictates much of the way we perceive and move through life. If your relationship to yourself is suffering, your general outlook will likely reflect this, too. Life can be chock-full of mundane days and difficult experiences but that doesn’t mean it has to always feel this way.
Working together will bring a sense of power over your life that you may have lost at some point along the way. Together we’ll unravel what’s been done and find ways to secure a better future for you.
