How We’ll Work Together
We’ll always begin by focusing on what feels most urgent for you right now.
This can look like addressing sleep issues, panic attacks, ongoing anxiety, challenges in communication, a lack of motivation or any other blockages impeding upon your wellbeing. Our first step together will be understanding your baseline and re-establishing stability so there’s a foundation to build from.
From here, we’ll uncover the patterns and experiences fueling your anxiety, depression or relationship challenges. My practice is dedicated to blending practical coping skills for immediate relief with deeper counseling to create lasting change.
Whether your sessions are in-person in West Los Angeles or virtually in California, you can absolutely gain support in breaking cycles of overthinking, waking up with a sense of dread or feeling burnt out by the pressure to hold everything together and I’m ready to help you do so.
Frequently Asked Questions

The rate for a standard 50 minute session is $210. This rate reflects the care, training, and preparation that goes into our work together. During our consultation call, I’m happy to talk through reimbursement, superbills, and how to make therapy feel doable for your budget.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes, with the option to arrange a longer session in advance if needed. EMDR intensives are available, as well.
It is highly encouraged that when beginning therapy, you commit to meeting once weekly for the first several months. Consistency allows for more effective treatment as we are more able to track progress and establish helpful habits.

I am an out-of-network provider, and do not bill insurance directly. Many clients are able to use benefits from their insurance when they submit a superbill directly to their insurance.

Why Therapy?

I’m familiar with the burden that anxiety, burnout and relationship challenges bring upon us. It begins to feel as if you have to push through days instead of actually living them. I work with people who are tired of carrying it all alone and want to real changes. My style is down-to-earth and collaborative, so you’ll feel supported while finding new ways to move forward in feeling like a better version of yourself.
The people I see are incredibly thoughtful, self-aware and driven. However, even with all of this insight, they struggle to feel calm, confident and connected. Therapy is here to support you in learning about yourself so you’re able to make making small, incremental changes that last.
