Groups Offered
Groups can change lives in a unique way — receiving support, gentle feedback and a consistent reminder that you are not alone is an invaluable opportunity that so few people have the opportunity to experience. I’m thrilled to offer two groups to support clients beyond individual therapy.
Please note that both groups are currently in development. If you are interested in joining, please contact me using the button below.

Now screening for members!
A process group is a confidential, therapist-led space where group members come together to explore their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Members are encouraged to discuss vulnerable life challenges and open themselves to supportive feedback from peers. Unlike a structured skills-based group, a process group focuses on real-time interactions between members, helping them gain insight into their patterns, improve communication, and build self-awareness.As members become more comfortable, the group dynamic itself becomes a tool for growth—offering a unique opportunity to see how you relate to others, work through challenges, and develop healthier ways of connecting. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, or personal growth, a process group can provide valuable support, perspective, and a sense of community.

I feel strongly about supporting new generations of therapists as the path to licensure can be incredibly challenging.
In our support group, you’ll have the opportunity to process the emotional ups and downs of clinical work, explore professional identity, and gain support around imposter syndrome, burnout, and the pressures of licensure. Whether you're looking for guidance, validation or just need a space to be real about your experiences, this group fosters connection, new ideas and a reminder that you’re not in this alone.
Light clinical consultation will be available, however, this group is focused on supporting prelicensed therapists in preventing burnout.
