Therapy for Young Adults & Millennials

Young adults and millennials face a unique mix of pressures that other generations can’t exactly relate to. Constant comparison from social media, unrealistic expectations around success, financial instability, and a rapidly changing world make it explicitly challenging to feel at peace. Balancing hustle culture with self-care feels can feel nearly impossible and while mental health is more openly discussed, stigma still lingers. You’re absolutely not alone in this and it’s my mission to bring forth therapy to those in need of support in navigating these unique challenges. We’ll work together to reinforce resilience and redefine success on your own terms.
This is not your grandma’s therapy.

  • Understand

Life moves quickly, and it’s easy to feel like you’re just going through the motions. Beneath the day-to-day chaos, there’s a deeper story: Who are you, really? How have your past experiences shaped the way you see yourself and the world? I work with younger adults and millennials to better understand their inner world to inform who they want to be rather than who they think they should be.

  • Overcome

With your unique experiences and goals in mind, we’ll work together to build resilience so challenges feel more manageable—not just something to endure. Through a combination of psychoeducation and empathetic support, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your emotions, patterns, and coping strategies. Many clients find that this process not only helps them navigate what once felt overwhelming but also empowers them to approach life with more confidence, clarity, and self-trust.

  • Thrive

Creating a life that feels fulfilling, balanced, and true to you is absolutely worth the effort — you may even enjoy parts of it! While you gain clarity over your patterns, beliefs, and emotions, you start to understand yourself on a deeper level and move more confidently. Therapy isn’t about changing who you are, it’s about helping you step fully into the person you were always meant to be.
